Now we’re actively working on the project:
There’s no specific project as the client has multiple ongoing projects at different stages. That has been provided that it’s going to be a casual merge game.

Main task pool to the project:

  • Establishing game vision (genre, setting, core mechanics, core gaming loops, etc);
  • Level design;
  • Calculating economy balance;
  • Designing UX flow and UI wireframes
  • Document ideas, concept,s and technical designs in a comprehensive and accessible format;
  • Collaborate with developers and artists to communicate design requirements.

Skills you need to perform the tasks efficiently:

  • 3+ years of work experience in the position of Senior Game Designer with Free2Play games (casual, midcore);
  • Proven track of released game projects;
  • Excellent documentation skills: you create and maintain project documentation to keep traceability and accountability during projects (relevant portfolio of GD documents);
  • Experience with deconstructing game mechanics;
  • Advanced Google Spreadsheets/ Excel user;
  • Experience with running the project in Google Spreadsheets (setting up and maintaining game balance, confident grasp of formulas);
  • Experience with economy balance, mathematics modeling, and probability theory;
  • Experience with task tracking systems (JIRA, Trello, etc).

Will be a plus:

  • Broad outlook and erudition in computer games, extensive gaming experience;
  • Portfolio in the form of concepts or GDDs;
  • Understanding of the basic principles of building user interfaces;
  • Mathematical background;
  • Experience in Unity 3D;
  • Writing basic scripts in google tables;
  • A strong background in casual games;
  • Experience in monetization development.
