We are currently seeking a talented, highly motivated, and passionate Client Success Partner/ Account Manager to join our team.

Main task pool:

  • Being the Client Success Partner to the prominent company’s accounts – protecting the client’s interests, making sure the potential issues are resolved or avoided before they happen;
  • Upscaling the portfolio of clients through initiating the expansion of collaboration with the clients;
  • Work collaboratively with the other departments (Art Department, Development Department) to make sure customer requests are processed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner;
  • Presenting the company’s solutions on conference calls, preparing the presentation materials specifically tailored to the client’s needs;
  • Define the core needs and pains of the customer and build plans for their strategic growth.

Skills you need to perform the tasks efficiently:

  • 1 yr+ experience in Account Management with a proven track record and KPI achievement;
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of Customer Success;
  • Work experience in the gaming industry with a B2B focus related to game production services outsourcing (1-2 yrs);
  • Genuine love for games and some knowledge of the game industry;
  • Excellent fluent English;
  • Customer focus, excellent and friendly communication style;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate your own thoughts;
  • Ability to be empathetic and get the message across to customers in a win-win condition;
  • Time management skills, high level of responsibility;
  • Being ready to constantly learn and improve problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Being a gamer;
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages.
