Main task pool to the project:

Drive and implement hiring strategy plans, and fulfill all job openings through high-quality approaches;
Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues;
Consult hiring managers on hiring needs, Job Descriptions and hiring process;
Create and lead recruiting projects to drive hiring progress;
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR people partners to ensure hiring strategy and activity is aligned with business needs and corporate framework;
Manage hiring channels and job postings;
Timely and effectively fulfill all the internal reports.

Skills you need to perform the tasks efficiently:

At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the gaming industry and outsourcing companies;
Proven track record of recruiting and hiring top talent;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Will be a plus:

Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of the latest industry trends and developments.
